LUNILIFE CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

All customers are expected to follow the guidelines outlined in our terms and conditions. For any questions or concerns regarding our policies, please contact us via email at quebusiness04@gmail.com. It is essential that customers address any policy-related issues prior to making a purchase, as failure to do so may result in unaddressed concerns.

MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESS

If an item is labeled as "MADE TO ORDER," customers must check the terms and conditions box before completing the purchase. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions before checking the box. Shipping details will be provided in the order confirmation email. Once a MADE-TO-ORDER purchase is made (e.g., rosaries and other custom products), customers agree to a processing time of 3-6 days, followed by a shipping time of 3-5 business days.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases are final. Refunds and chargebacks will not be accepted for MADE-TO-ORDER items. Checking the terms and conditions box at checkout signifies acceptance of the processing and shipping times and a commitment to Luni LLC’s MADE-TO-ORDER fulfillment process.

UPDATES

Effective May 6th, 2024, any orders placed after this date will be shipped the following business day, unless marked as MADE TO ORDER. All in-stock items are ready for immediate shipment and will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. We are happy to announce that all orders from the February 24th drop have been successfully shipped. Thank you for your continued support!

POST-ORDER CHANGES & EDITS

Incorrect size orders submitted before purchasing will incur a $5 service fee for size exchanges. Please double-check orders before submitting to avoid service fees. All service fees must be paid to quebusiness04@gmail.com.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Refunds or returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items within 1 week of delivery. For refund and exchange inquiries, please contact our email team at quebusiness04@gmail.com.
